Small Businesses
One of our more significant partners in any state is the sum total of all the small businesses in that state, whether already in business or are a new business that will be established. All of them can realize substantial income by enrolling in bank as a small business, as described here, and thereafter enrolling others and selling their state currency, as described in this document. Background

We have developed an economic development program called the Sustainable Communities Framework (SCF), designed to bootstrap local economies state by state. It addresses many of the growing problems that government, big business, philanthropic groups and others are failing to address.
The entire SCF program closely resembles elements of the proposed Green New Deal (GND) in that it assumes that to effectively address all those problems, we have to develop an integrated economic, environmental and social solution that serves all of society, not just the wealthy few. The key difference is that the GND would be a top down, nationwide government program, funded by the federal government with US dollars. In contrast, the SCF is a bottom up, grassroots solution driven by we the people and funded by our own money (called a complementary currency). What does that mean?
There are three main elements to the SCF program: 1) a complementary currency bank (https://uniexbank.com) called Universal Exchange or UNIEX for short, 2) a marketplace (https://uniex.market) where goods and services can be obtained using that states complementary currency and this information portal (https://uniex.net) where potential users can learn about the SCF program and can signup and join the system here https://uniex.net/signup/. With respect to the marketplace, each state will have its own local version so that buyers and sellers are near each other and can connect face to face, like they do on Craigslist. That site will be a sub-domain of https://uniex.market such https://oh.uniex.market for Ohio.
To deploy the SCF, each state have a non-profit coordinating entity that we call a State UNA that sets policy, plans and procedures for the whole state. The State UNA in turn establishes State or Regional SCF Partners, that will be responsible for managing all aspects of the SCF Program in their state.
